- Who can order from Orion Research Solutions?
- We sell exclusively to qualified business, laboratory, and research buyers — including research organizations, laboratories, wellness businesses, medical practices, and commercial wholesale buyers. We do not sell to individual consumers.
- Do you manufacture your own products?
- No. We are a wholesale sourcing and distribution partner. We work with trusted supplier partners and do not manufacture products ourselves.
- How is pricing structured?
- All master pricing is in USD with four volume tiers per product (10–40, 41–80, 81–159, and 160–260 units). Prices are shown in your selected country's currency using published reference exchange rates.
- What is the minimum order quantity?
- The minimum order quantity is 10 units per product (SKU).
- Which countries do you serve?
- We serve qualified buyers across the United States and Latin America, including Mexico, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, and Nicaragua.
- How do I request a quote?
- Submit the quote request form with the products and quantities you're interested in. Our team responds with current availability and tiered pricing.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept card payments and Stripe Checkout, ACH, domestic and international wire transfer, and USDC/USDT stablecoins. Details are provided at checkout.
